NICK TSOROMOKOS
Nick Tsoromokos, Esq. has over 17 years of experience in Real Estate Law, with a focus on the law of condominiums and cooperatives, on matters pertaining to the formation, sale, management, and financing of condominium and cooperative projects and the registration of such projects with state and local officials.
Prior to forming his own firm with partner Anthony Papadopoulos, Mr. Tsoromokos gained industry-specific and practical experience while working for 7 years as an associate of Gary Rosen, Esq., founder of Rosen Law LLC. While working with Attorney Rosen, Mr. Tsoromokos gained extensive expertise in the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactional law and condominium formation law.
His current practice area focuses on:
- promulgation of offering plans, public statements and applications for no-action letters for residential, commercial and mixed use projects;
- financing, creation and marketing of condominium and cooperative regimes;
- and sale of individual residential and commercial cooperative and condominium units.
Mr. Tsoromokos’ representation usually begins at the acquisition and pre-construction phases of the project, and continues through completion of construction, co-operative or condominium conversion, occupancy, leasing, permanent financing or sale.
In addition, Mr. Tsoromokos represents clients in the purchase and sale of single family homes, commercial leasing matters and acquisitions, sales and refinances of apartments, houses and multiple dwellings. He has extensive experience with Internal Revenue Code Section 1031 “like kind” exchanges and counseling small businesses with respect to general corporate matters.
