NICK TSOROMOKOS

Nick Tsoromokos, Esq. has over 17 years of experience in Real Estate Law, with a focus on the law of condominiums and cooperatives, on matters pertaining to the formation, sale, management, and financing of condominium and cooperative projects and the registration of such projects with state and local officials.

Prior to forming his own firm with partner Anthony Papadopoulos, Mr. Tsoromokos gained industry-specific and practical experience while working for 7 years as an associate of Gary Rosen, Esq., founder of Rosen Law LLC. While working with Attorney Rosen, Mr. Tsoromokos gained extensive expertise in the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactional law and condominium formation law.

His current practice area focuses on:

  • promulgation of offering plans, public statements and applications for no-action letters for residential, commercial and mixed use projects;
  • financing, creation and marketing of condominium and cooperative regimes;
  • and sale of individual residential and commercial cooperative and condominium units.

Mr. Tsoromokos’ representation usually begins at the acquisition and pre-construction phases of the project, and continues through completion of construction, co-operative or condominium conversion, occupancy, leasing, permanent financing or sale.

In addition, Mr. Tsoromokos represents clients in the purchase and sale of single family homes, commercial leasing matters and acquisitions, sales and refinances of apartments, houses and multiple dwellings. He has extensive experience with Internal Revenue Code Section 1031 “like kind” exchanges and counseling small businesses with respect to general corporate matters.

Anthony Papadopoulos, Esq. has over 15 years experience in New York Real Estate Law and represents institutional lenders in the settlement and closing process. He also represents clients in connection with the purchase and sale of homes, commercial leasing matters and acquisitions, sales and refinances of apartments, houses and multiple dwellings.

Additionally, Mr. Papadopoulos offers vast experience in Personal Injury litigation. He has conducted a multitude of jury trials, arbitrations and mediations on behalf of plaintiffs in numerous areas of personal injury and general litigation. NANCY CHRISOMALLIDES

Nancy Chrisomallides has worked with Tsoromokos & Papadopoulos PLLC for over eight years. She is the chief assistant at Tsoromokos & Papadopoulos PLLC and handles all legal matters related to residential and commercial real estate. Nancy assists clients through each stage of their real estate transactions which includes communicating with real estate brokers, opposing attorneys’ offices, title companies and helping clients understand the transaction process, whether it is the sale or purchase of a home, condominium, cooperative apartment or the purchase or sale of commercial or residential buildings.

Nancy’s areas of responsibility with Tsoromokos & Papadopoulos PLLC include the preparation of matters to close including single, two, three, and four family dwellings, mixed use properties and condominium and cooperative apartment units.
